WELCOME

The Jacksonville Junior Chamber (Jaycees) is a non-profit organization offering young professionals opportunities to become successful leaders in their community and enhance their careers.  We are committed to promoting and fostering the growth and development of your people, ages 21-40, inclusively.  We provide opportunities for personal growth, achievement and involvement in the community, as well as opportunities to meet other motivated young people to develop true friendships and valuable contacts.

Purpose: 
This Corporation shall be a non-profit corporation, organized for such educational and charitable purposes as will promote and foster the growth and development of young persons' in Onslow County, North Carolina, designed to inculcate in the individual member a spirit of genuine American patriotism and civic interest, and as a supplementary education institution to provide them with opportunity for personal development, leadership development and achievement and an avenue for intelligent participation by young persons in the affairs of their community, state and nation, and to develop true friendship and understanding among young persons of all nations.
 
Vision: 
The vision of The Jacksonville Junior Chamber is to be the organization of choice for young adults ages 21-40 throughout Onslow County providing direction and leadership to our communities, states and nation in order to effect positive change.
 
Mission Statement:
The mission of The Jacksonville Junior Chamber is to offer young persons leadership opportunities for personal and professional development, while seeking to create positive change in ourselves, our organization, and our communities.
